• Deposits & Payments: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract. Full payment is due before or on the session date.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: Clients may reschedule with advance notice as outlined in their contract. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Image Usage & Copyright

• Client Galleries: Clients will receive edited images for personal use.
• Photographer Rights: Picture This by Cariss retains the copyright to all images taken and reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Commercial Use: Use of images for advertising or third-party promotions requires a separate licensing agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of the Site or our services.
• We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness of website content or third-party links.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Cooperate during sessions and adhere to agreed timelines.
• Obtain permission for locations or individuals included in the session.
• Communicate any concerns promptly during the editing and delivery process.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Picture This by Cariss from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Unauthorized use of provided images.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.
